  Unprofessional, a complete waste of time and money, and just not worth it at all. You are way better off spending $50 more and getting perfect lashes than having to top up with removal services and paying for yet another new set of lashes or just being forever scarred by horrible service.

  I would give zero stars if I could. That's how much I completely hated my experience at Sitting Pretty Wellard. They have 2 outlets - one in warnbro and one in wellard but the technicians work at both. I had my eyelash extensions done here and it was so badly done. The technician (mine was named Paige) explained that each individual eyelash will be glued on to separate eyelashes, but the end result was nothing like this.

  Firstly, she used scotch tape under my eyes. That made my eyes water and my skin burn because such tape is not meant to be used on skin especially under the eyes. Next she glued on my lashes and they were uneven. Some were glued higher than others so you could see them on the lid if you looked closely. Of those that weren't uneven, they were glued together. You are meant to be able to comb through the individual lashes but mine were all clumped together.

  Basically, don't come here at all for eyelashes. Don't even come here at all. They might be better at nails and other services but I took the risk of doing it for cheaper. If you ask me, I am not going anywhere near salons that do not specialise in eyelash extension applications. If the technicians are not qualified, don't risk your eyes. I tried rubbing in oil to get the glue to slowly loosen up so the lashes could fall out but they have been glued to so many lashes it barely is coming off. Just a couple of days and I am pissed off because I am in America on holiday and have to pay to get them removed here because the underside of the lashes are poking into my eyes and it hurts when I touch my lashes given that one clump has up to 5 lashes glued together. The entire section of lashes on both eyes are all clumped, so you can imagine how painful it is when I do touch my eyes as all the lashes slowly pull on each other. I had to even cut off some of my natural lashes just to get rid of the parts that had hardened glue poking into my eyes to alleviate the irritation before getting them professionally removed.

  The technician clearly stated stinging in the eyes is a normal sensation. I have never had my lashes done before and had no idea. I walked in asking if they were qualified lash extensions and she mentioned how they use only the best products and she did not answer my question about if she was qualified on the phone (my bad for going along) but I thought it would be fine as they had pretty good reviews for other services on Facebook.

  I know why now. I posted a bad review about my experience and was waiting for a response explaining why they let unqualified beauty technicians work on delicate areas such as eyelashes and end up gluing them together. They also charge you $120 for such a service. But instead of apologising, THEY DELETED MY REVIEW. Not only that, they deleted the entire review section. I had posted pictures of my eyelashes and an example of a bad application of eyelash extensions that resembled mine just to prove that I wasn't a customer who "just did not like my experience". I don't even leave reviews but I was compelled to this time especially after I found out that they had deleted my review on Facebook.
